All items are as is, no returns unless an objective error is made in the listing, like I forgot to mention a part is missing. Usually these will be discovered when I pack the item and notice the error and e-mail you to figure out how we clear it up. We will ship only to the United States. We just got tired of the hassle shipping everywhere else--mountainous postal regulations, complaints about the time it took something to arrive, etc. We'd rather not put up with it, so it won't do you any good to ask.
